In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the se328 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and se328. se328 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person at least 21 years of age. se328 strictly enforces a 21+ policy in line with Indonesian adult gaming norms. Persons under 21 are categorically prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by statute.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by se328 or any other operator — that is currently in force.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of se328 or any affiliated entity.

se328 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending review.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. se328 employs automated detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and all Funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if any of it changes. se328 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. se328 will treat any action taken using your credentials as your own action, irrespective of whether you authorized it, unless you have notified us of a suspected compromise without undue delay.

se328 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to allowing continued deposits above specified thresholds. KYC verification is a one-time process; once your account is fully verified, you will not be asked to re-submit documents unless there is a material change in your circumstances or we are required to do so by applicable regulation.

The following documents are required for full KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph of both sides of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). The document must be valid and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement (BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accepted), or official government-issued document dated within the preceding three months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP clearly visible next to your face, taken on the day of submission.

Documents submitted for KYC must be originals (not photocopies of photocopies) and must not be edited, cropped, or otherwise altered in any way. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities. KYC review is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours.

All deposits to your se328 Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). se328 supports the following deposit methods: bank transfer via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

se328 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation. se328 is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. se328 targets same-business-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts. Under normal operating conditions, the average processing time for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) is 15 minutes. Off-peak hours or public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Independence Day on 17 August) may result in extended processing times of up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the se328 Account. se328 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. se328 charges no withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which se328 accepts no responsibility.

se328 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or destination. Users may be asked to provide supplementary documentation during such reviews. Processing will resume within 2 business days of satisfactory documentation being received.

se328 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. Specific terms — including the bonus amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry period — are stated in the promotional material for each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Clause and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• The Welcome Bonus (100% match on first deposit up to Rp 20.000.000) carries a 10× wagering requirement on the total bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be satisfied within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in the Account balance. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied thereafter.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• A maximum stake of Rp 500.000 per round applies when a bonus is active. Stakes exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may be voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any one time, unless se328 explicitly permits otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• se328 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting), or other game types) as published on the Platform at the time of the Wager. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any Wager.

se328 reserves the right to void any Wager placed under the following circumstances: (a) where the odds or prices were published in error; (b) where the Wager was placed after the official result of an event was already determined; (c) where there is evidence of match manipulation, collusion, or irregular betting patterns; (d) where the Wager was placed in violation of these Terms; or (e) where technical errors resulted in the display of incorrect information at the time of the Wager.

In the case of sportsbook wagers, se328 applies standard Asian handicap and Over/Under rules as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the remaining selections remain valid, and the odds for the voided selection are treated as 1.00.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Using software, scripts, bots, AI tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to all users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other form of financial crime using the Platform.
• Placing Wagers in collusion with other users or with knowledge of fixed outcomes.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal without prior written consent from se328.

se328 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are available free of charge from within your Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; reality-check pop-up reminders; and voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.

21+ only. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to register on or use the Platform in any capacity. se328 employs age verification mechanisms during registration and may at any time request additional documentary proof of age from any User.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of se328 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of se328.

The se328 name, logo, and any associated trademarks are proprietary marks of se328. Use of these marks for any commercial purpose, or in any manner likely to cause confusion with the official Platform, is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, se328 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if se328 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

se328's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

se328 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. se328 shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, third-party payment provider downtime, or internet connectivity issues affecting your device.

se328 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

se328 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay), KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention systems is shared solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

se328 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, se328 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the contact email address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which se328 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to the formation, validity, breach, or termination of these Terms — shall first be referred to se328's internal complaints process.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the applicable licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the licensing terms applicable to se328. se328 will provide the relevant contact details upon request.
